We're investigating a request latency issue in Amsterdam.
Issue Resolved, no more issues have been seen or reported.
Cloudfront has now allowlisted our IP address space to resume connections to Flickr services. from what we've tested on the hosts affected, the issue seems to be resolved however we will keep monitoring.
some of our infrastructure is being erroneously blocked by Cloudfront's firewalls, this has now been identified as the cause of the issues and has been reported to Cloudfront to resolve.
